"While my mom is in Florida, we take care of her car in Pennsylvania. Of course when it's time for inspection, I struggle to find a copy of the insurance ID required since it is always mailed to her at a different address. I hesitated contacting Steve DiOrio's office, her broker, since I assumed there would be a lot of red tape to go through just to obtain another copy. I know with my own insurance company, this small task would have taken me 45 minutes over the phone (routed through too many phone options and being placed on hold). My phone call to Steve DiOrio's office was answered immediately by a real person who simply looked up my mom's account by name, verified what I needed and emailed it directly to me... all without placing me on hold. It might seem like a little thing, but knowing there is excellent easy customer service out there is such a relief. I think I might now need to rethink my own insurance provider."
